Our restaurants with a view over Lake Thun

Our team of chefs serve up light dishes made from market fresh ingredients, adding a Mediterranean touch. Our partnership with regional suppliers, as well as the use of local products, define our menu: whether it’s the well known, thinly sliced “Hobel” cheese from the Justistal or freshly caught whitefish from the Moser fishery in Merligen on the Lake Thun shore.
